Choose the right type of base layer

Check comfort through movement

Assess the fit while bending, squatting and taking a fielding stance. The layer should work comfortably with your outer clothing without needing repeated adjustment. Read the product details for any specialised features; ordinary leggings should not be assumed to include padding or a protective cup pocket.
