Withdrawal from the contract without giving a reason (return of goods)

Didn't make the right choice? With us you don't have to worry about the choice! You can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 30 days.

How do I proceed with withdrawal without giving a reason?

Please notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The most convenient option is to contact us by email at info@baseball-shop.online or by phone at +420 530 330 809. You can also use a sample withdrawal form, which can be found here.

You can send the products by post or bring them to our shop.

Send the goods immediately, but no later than 7 days from the date of withdrawal, to BASEBALL-SHOP.online, Příkop 4, Brno, 60200, Czech Republic. If you received extra goods from us free of charge ("gift") in connection with the conclusion of the contract, you must also return this gift.

We will refund the purchase price of the goods within 14 days of the date of withdrawal. However, in accordance with the law, we may wait until you have returned the goods to us to make payment. In the event that you withdraw within the first 14 days of delivery of the goods, you will also be entitled to a refund of the cost of delivery of the goods in the amount of the cheapest delivery method offered.

When can I withdraw from the contract without giving a reason?

You can return any goods you have purchased from us.

The exception is goods that
a) Has been customised or manufactured to your requirements,
b) Cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Please note that you are legally responsible for any diminution in the value of the goods as a result of handling them in a manner other than that necessary to familiarise yourself with the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Complaints

Even if the percentage of defects in the delivered goods is negligible, it is good to know that any shortcomings will be resolved promptly and to your satisfaction. It is in our interest to resolve everything as quickly as possible, so you don't have to worry about waiting longer than necessary (usually everything is resolved within a few days).

How do I complain?

In case you decide to claim the goods, please try to take pictures of the defect first and send us the pictures with a description to info@baseball-shop.online.

You can also claim the goods in person at our shop. Always be sure to specify what you see as the defect in the goods or how the defect manifests itself, or the method of handling.

We will inform you in writing about the progress of the complaint, in particular about its acceptance, settlement or rejection, via e-mail or text messages. We may also contact you by telephone.

We will decide on the complaint without delay. It will normally not take more than 30 days to process the complaint, including the rectification of the defect. Otherwise, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. In order to comply with this time limit, it is essential that you provide the necessary cooperation.

When can I make a complaint?

We are liable for defects that the goods have on delivery and that become apparent within the following 24 months. However, we are not liable for new defects, especially if they have arisen from improper use. In the case of used goods, we are not liable for defects corresponding to the level of use or wear and tear that the used goods had on receipt by you. If the goods are accompanied by information about a limited warranty, then this term applies to any claim.

Defects in gifts and other gratuitous services we provide over and above your order cannot be considered as defects in the goods. The pictures of the goods in our online shop are illustrative and do not constitute a binding representation of the characteristics of the goods.

What rights do I have when making a complaint?

In the event of a defect in the goods, we can agree together on compensation in the form of a voucher.

Furthermore, you are entitled to demand the rectification of the defect by means of replacement delivery or repair.

If such removal of the defect would be impossible or unreasonable for us, you are entitled to claim a discount on the purchase price. In this case, you will keep the goods and we will refund part of the purchase price.

If the defect is also significant, you may also withdraw from the purchase contract. In this case, you will send the goods back to us and we will refund the full purchase price.
